After much reflection and some deep soul-searching, I made the decision to explore what truly mattered to me. I loved to mentor and help people more than anything. This was expressed to me in conversations with friends and colleagues: "Hey, you're good at this!" This was a gift I could not just let slip away. The process of helping others navigate their challenges and find purpose in their work was not only deeply meaningful, but also something I was naturally drawn to. Of course, making the transition wasn’t easy — it took personal development, sheer determination, resilience, and the support of those who believed in me. But the journey taught me invaluable lessons about growth, adaptability, and the importance of pursuing a life aligned with my values.
